This is somewhat different from what I would normally blog but if it gets the message out then its worth it.  A couple of my friends on face book who also happen to be my high school buddies, (GO CAVS), posted something about domestic violence on their pages today.  I read them both and decided to re-post but change the wording just a bit because as one of them said men get abused as well.  I know that some are saying, " A man.  But he's stronger than a woman."  Men are verbally abused, stripped past their man-hoods at times.  They may never see the ball of a woman's fist or a weapon but they endure wounds just the same.  Its not fair to either side so lets stop doing it. 

"DON'T GET CAUGHT UP IN DOMESTIC VIOLENCE!"

While you scream at your woman, there's a man wanting to

whisper softly in her ear. While you humiliate, offend and insult your man, there's a woman reminding him how beautiful he is. While you hurt the one you love, there's someone waiting to take that pain away. While you make her cry, or sadden him, someone else is receiving your smiles.
Domestic abuse is gender-neutral.
